AAKlipper is designed with privacy first. Your original video files never leave your computer. We do not upload, store, or process your footage on our servers.

Only the text transcript generated from your video's audio is securely processed by our AI services to identify highlights, generate captions, recommend B-roll, analyse viral moments, and create editing suggestions.

Your footage remains on your device at all times. We built AAKlipper so your privacy is a core feature—not an afterthought.

Account information. We collect your email address when you create an account so we can authenticate your account, manage your subscription, and communicate important product or support updates.

Usage analytics. We collect anonymous, aggregated product analytics such as feature usage, processing times, and crash reports. This information helps improve AAKlipper and cannot be used to identify your video content.

Payment information. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and your billing email address, but we never receive or store your payment card details.

AAKlipper does not upload, store, or process:

- Your original video files
- Your raw audio recordings
- Facial recognition or biometric information
- Unpublished videos or drafts
- Personal media stored on your device

Your original footage never reaches AAKlipper's infrastructure. This is a fundamental part of how the product is designed.

AAKlipper extracts the audio from your video locally on your device and generates a transcript.

Only this transcript is securely processed by our AI services to identify highlights, generate captions, recommend B-roll, score hooks, create titles, and suggest viral clips.

Your original video file is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored by AAKlipper.

Account information is retained while your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Transcripts are processed only for generating AI results and are not retained after processing has completed.

Usage analytics are anonymised and aggregated to improve the product. These analytics cannot be linked back to your video content.

AAKlipper relies on trusted third-party providers for specific services:

- Stripe — Secure payment processing.
- AI infrastructure providers — Used to securely process transcripts for AI-powered features such as clip generation, captions, titles, and B-roll recommendations.
- Analytics providers — Anonymous product analytics that help improve reliability and performance.

We never sell your personal information or share your email address with advertisers.

You have the right to:

- Access the data we hold about you
- Delete your account and associated data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Export your account data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

AAKlipper is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the date below. Continued use of AAKlipper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
